Estate Marketing- Why Should I Buy From You

When people are looking for a real estate agent, their biggest question is “Why should I choose you over all other agents?” In other words, what makes you best qualified to help them buy or sell their home over all other agents out there?
Your answer is what marketers call a Unique Selling Proposition (USP).
A USP is a concise statement that explains the chief benefit that prospects will get when working with you. It should include:
who your target audience is
what you’ll do for them
why that’s different from what others are offering
why that solution matters to your target audience
Your USP is dependent on your target audience. It should explain why you’re the best agent for the job based on your background, experience, passions, skills, and knowledge. You’ll never be everything to everyone – but you can be the best agent for a niche group of people.
For instance:
I help single women find the appropriate financing options to buy their first home.
I help foreigner’s who are having problems understanding real estate laws to buy or sell their home with my language skills.
I help real estate investors spot the best deals on the market by providing up-to-date home valuations to my clients as soon as they hit the market – usually hours before my competion
