Saving is for wimps! Real estate marketing is not that much different than marketing any other service. In fact marketing real estate is much easier than trying to market a real estate coaching program like I am.

Reason being, as a real estate agent you have the benefit of marketing several products that by virtue are constantly being updated thereby offering you the agent an opportunity over the selling one stationary product.

I had a client come to me yesterday complaining that the broker who he works for is being non-committal with the marketing money. This is a huge problem most real estate brokers have no idea that when times are tough it is wise to increase the marketing budget not cut back your lifeline.

Not only does this real estate agent facing a job loss the broker will be placing his business at risk. Your competitors will seize the moment and capture your market.

What this real estate broker needs to do is market SMARTER!!

Automate every task that you can whether you use Infusionsoft, 360CRM you need some tools to get the job done.

Spend some money and get a specialist to come in and teach you the skills needed then it becomes a simple matter. Real estate marketing does not have to be a money sink  hole but  a money making machine that you have but just dont know it.

Time to wake up real estate agents and begin to understand what other marketers are doing to boost sales in bad environment.

Waiting for a sunny day is not an option.

  • I absolutely love this! Brilliant little marketing tool but, I am wondering
    about abuse... never fear though I think this tool would be more beneficial
    for the agent to have in his marketing arsenal.
    Imagine drive by text-ing talk about gathering up all the impulse buyers
